Name:
Jay
Age:
16 moons
Gender:
Male
Appearance:
Jay is a rather young cat. His pelt is a light, silvery-grey with darker grey stripes that gradually fade to black down his back to his tail. His fur is soft and short, and at the base of his tail, it's encircled in the darkest ring of black. His ears are rather long and there are notches on each side from fights he'd gotten into before. His muzzle and chest are about the only two white spots on him, and his whiskers are rather long and white as well. His nose is a light grey, and it's rimmed in a dark black, like the base of his tail. His eyes are one of the most captivating parts of him. They are an icy blue around the pupil, and are adorned with white around the edge of his irises. Like his nose, they are rimmed in black, and they glow in the darkness. Jay's a rather muscular tom, but it's mostly lean muscle, instead of a stocky build. He's got a light blue collar around his neck that is studded with a few dog teeth and claws. His fronth claws are reinforced with dog claws, and their normal white color are black with the claws on him.
Personality:
Jay is actually a very kind cat. He'd do anything for his clan, and would die for them. He's very light-hearted, even through the things he's seen, and could cheer up somebody in a flash. Through all of this, he's still bound by his clan's word, and would kill in a heartbeat for them. Some sick, strange part of his mind loves to fight and argue, loves blood seeping into his fur and painting him red, and he embraces it when told to. He doesn't necessarily hate it, but it's such a contrast to his normal personality, that cats have called him insane. He can flick that killer attitude on and off like a lightswitch, murderous one second, and kind and compBrassionate another, but then again, who isn't slightly twisted in Bloodclan?
History:
Jay was born to two Bloodclan cats, back when Scourge was still alive. At the time, he was too young to understand why they were at war with the forest cats, too young to understand anything about murder. When he was just around 3 moons, and was strong enough to live without his mother's milk. It was around this time that they were called out into battle with the four clans. He was left in the care of a nursing Kit-mother, but when she wasn't looking, he slipped off to the battle. From the treelines, he watched his parents slaughter pawfulls of cats, and his eyes were wide. They were fighting together, and when the pair weren't looking, claws ripped down their sides, and Jay watched the life bleed out of them. His paws were itching to go see them, but he knew he couldn't. He'd get slaughtered.
That day, a little lightbulb went off in his head, and he'd get into sudden fights for no reason as he aged, and he never knew why. His brain made him forget about what he'd seen from his parents, but it was locked away in a corner of his mind, instantly fueling his anger. He contains the kindness of his mother, and the cruelness of the world.
RP Example:
Jay slept peacefully in the busy city, monsters and twolegs screeching around him as his tail wrapped around his paws. He was far used to the sounds of the city, and could practically single out that noise, and pick up everything else but it now. Morning sun drained in through the shelter he was sleeping under, and he begrudgingly opened his eyes, a light grin on his face. The air was thick with mist, shrouding the main camp in fog. He could barely see where he was walking when he finally got up. He sneezed, clearing th efog around him, but filling it with his chilled breath. Jay yawned, and padded off, leaving behind his nest to preform his hunting duties.
